The QSP6 submersible pump are specially designed to handle clean, low-viscosity liquids that are non aggressive and free from solid particles or fibers, with a sand content not exceeding 50 gms per cubic meters.
Construction of Materials
The QSP6 60-8 Qalseen Submersible Pumps are construction with high quality materials, which makes them the energy efficient long life and trouble free operation life.
The delivery casing, suction casing the bowl/diffuser, impellers, pump shaft and pump coupling is made with the high quality stainless steel grade AISI 304 material. The pump strainer is also made with stainless steel material with the same grade.
Impeller seat/neck rings, diffuser bush are made with high quality rubber material. Cable guard, strape are produced with stainless steel material grade AISI 304.
The High Quality QSM6 Submersible Motors
QSP6 60-8 Qalseen Submersible Pumps are coupled with QSM6 6” submersible motor. The QSM6 6” submersible motors have asynchronous three phase rewind able stator and squirrel cage rotor.
The QSM6 6” submersible motors has been designed and produced to achieve compatibility with VFD (Variable frequency drive), outputs making it the first choice of solar pumping systems and other high efficiency applications.
